Susan Moore, PhD, SHRM-SCP, has served in progressive leadership roles in higher education and human resources for more than two decades with broad experience in HR management, employee relations, talent management, compliance, training, compensation, benefits, and organizational structure. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Massachusetts Lowell, her Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Framingham State College, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at Maryville University.
